I've been in the Direct Sales Industry for over 20 years and have NEVER been this excited about a brand new opportunity, as I have been with Perfectly Posh!!

Joining a new company on the ground floor can be a little intimidating. The question of "Will the company succeed?" or "Do they know what they are doing?" or "Isn't it better to join an already established company?" are all legitimate questions, but because I personally knew the success that both both Bob and Ann have had in this industry, I felt 100% confident that THIS WAS THE PLACE TO BE!!!

There are many ways to look at joining a ground floor opportunity and honestly, IT ISN'T FOR EVERYONE! You have to be able to roll with the punches, go with the flow and realize, that NOT everything will be perfect at the beginning! However, with that being said, and after being a part of many start-up ventures in the last 10 years of my Direct Sales career, I can honestly say that this is the SMOOTHEST and most WELL EXECUTED start  to a brand new Direct Sales Company that I have EVER been a part of!

As for those initial questions you may have had, let's talk about them and I will give you my view and how I perceive the benefits of joining on the GROUND FLOOR!

1.) "Will the company succeed?" - Well, I can honestly say that I have experienced MANY answers to this question personally and have learned that the success of the company really does come down to how much experience the company has when they first launch! I used to work as a Consultant for a few companies to assist them in getting their business off the ground and not necessarily to grow my own Team in the company.
In doing so, I saw how a lack of experience in the Direct Sales Industry  immediately and directly impacts the growth rate and success rate of the company. I have seen companies fail and close their doors and I have seen other companies that because of their lack of Direct Sales experience, it just simply takes so much longer for the program to become successful, if it ever does. Consultants get frustrated and their retention rate is low, causing the company to constantly have to replace people who joined and soon quit. This is one of the main reasons I joined Perfectly Posh......because they had SO MUCH experience, it wasn't even a question to me as to whether or not they would succeed........and I was right! After only 8 months of being in business, Perfectly Posh sponsored over 1000 Consultants with retail sales hitting the $1 Million Dollar mark, already!
That's HUGE!!!!

2.) "Do they know what they are doing?" -This goes back to the first question and the answer is a resounding YES!  After only 8 months of being in business, Perfectly Posh sponsored over 1000 Consultants with retail sales hitting the $1 Million Dollar mark, already! That's HUGE!!!! So, YES......I would say they DEFINITELY know what they are doing and they are doing it RIGHT!!!

3.)  "Isn't it better to join an already established company?" - Well, I guess that all depends on how established the company is, in my opinion! Based on the fact that Direct sales is ALL I do for a living, I want to ensure that I have the LEAST amount of competition!!! Direct Sales has become SO mainstream, that it seems that EVERYONE sells SOMETHING! So, with that being said, I personally think its better to join a newer company that isn't saturated with SOOOOO many Consultants selling the same product line! I think its better to be one of the first to introduce a product line to your area, which also makes it easier to share the opportunity with others, if you are interested in building a Team!! Yes, it may seem like there is a bigger risk, but the potential income that you can make is SO much greater in the end, when you aren't going against so many other Consultants in the same company!!!

Perfectly Posh has all the elements of what it takes to be successful in this industry and I am very proud to be a part of the Perfectly Posh Team! We have only just begun, so the SKY IS THE LIMIT in what you can achieve!
